Managers you have received an e-mail about equipment  issues. If you have not had a chance to read it here is a copy of the email Players if you are reading this please let your manager know that they need to check their e-mail.

Good morning everyone I hope you are all enjoying the nice weather we are having.

We have had some locks from our equipment boxes go missing lately. I think as of today a total of three have been replaced. As home team for the 6:30 games if you notice the lock is missing please notify someone from the league right away. As the home team of the 8:00 game it is your responsibility to MAKE SURE the lock is put on the box properly and locked. As you all know we share the equipment with men’s league so it is important that we make sure things are locked up and put away properly. As well as letting us know when the locks go missing. If you play Monday or Wednesday and you notice the lock is missing we need to know so we can contact men’s to find out where the lock is. It is $21 every time we have to replace a lock. From here on out the home team for the last game played on the diamond with the missing lock will be responsible for the cost of replacing the lo ck. If it is missing at the Midford diamonds the two home teams that played will split the cost.

We have also had problems with teams using equipment that is not ours. As you all know the YELLOW boxes are ours and that is were we store our bases. There is NO reason for anyone to go into any other box at the diamonds. If you have lost of forgot your key you can ask the other team to use their key. We have spent to much time running around looking for missing equipment. We have also have to go out and buy new bases because the ones from Rodeo South were put in the wrong box. So again as the home team you are responsible for setting up the bases. If there are no games after your 6:30 you NEED to put the bases away. And as the late game home team you are responsible for putting the bases away properly and making sure the box is closed and locked. When playing at Midford you might have to remove the bases from the box to get both of the stick zone boards put away properly. If th e bases are not put away and the box is not lock there is a risk of them being stolen. These bases are not cheap and it takes time for us to get new ones. So just like the locks if the bases go missing or are not put in the right box and we have to replace them the Home team ( or Home teams if you are playing at Midford) will be responsible for covering the replacement cost of the bags.

It is recommended that you let all of the executive know, just in case some one is out of town.
